What cookies are

How we use them

We use only what we need. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse anything beyond the strictly necessary. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies unless you agree, and refusing them costs you no functionality.

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent.

Analytics – optional

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. It records which pages are opened and which contact links are clicked. Nothing you type into the consultation form is sent with it: not your name, your email, your phone number or your diagnosis.

Advertising – optional

If you consent, we use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising: to see which advert led to a consultation request, and to show our advertising to people who have already visited the site. This is a separate choice from analytics, and accepting one does not accept the other.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them. For the data these cookies generate, Google and Meta act as controllers in their own right and may process it outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Their own notices govern that processing: Google and Meta.

Managing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and the change applies from the next page you open. Change your cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
