For international patients
Your treatment in Budapest arranged for you
It starts with a free remote review of your case. If we can help, we handle the practical side — flights, transfers, accommodation — and one coordinator stays with you from the first message to your journey home.
How your treatment unfolds.
You do not have to travel to find out whether we can help. Everything starts from where you are, and each stage is arranged before the next begins.
Your first message
Send your diagnosis through the site, or email a coordinator directly. No cost, no obligation at this stage.
A coordinator for you
A personal coordinator is assigned straight away — someone who speaks your language and stays with you to the end.
We review your records
Our medical team studies your reports, imaging and current medication. Send what you have, and your coordinator asks for anything else.
The medical board decides
A multidisciplinary board designs your individual plan — which components, at what dose, and how they are given.
A video consultation
We talk you through the plan on a call. Once you decide to go ahead, we move to scheduling and travel.
Arrival in Budapest
We meet you at the airport and handle the transfer. The clinic stay is usually two to five days, your coordinator alongside you.

One coordinator, in your language.
From your first message to your journey home, a single person handles the medical liaison, the bookings and the day-to-day questions. You are never passed around or left guessing.
- We speak Italian, French, English and Hungarian, with a professional medical interpreter for any other language.
- One point of contact throughout — the same coordinator before, during and after your stay.
- A companion travels with you at no extra cost; their accommodation and transfers are included.
What we arrange for you.
Once your plan is agreed, your coordinator takes on the bookings, the timings and the practical details, so your attention can stay on the treatment.
Airport transfer
A private car meets you at Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport and drives you to your accommodation, and to the clinic for every appointment. No taxis, nothing to work out yourself.
Central accommodation
We book comfortable, central lodging suited to your mobility and length of stay, and you have the confirmation before you leave home.
Visa and invitation
If you need a visa for Hungary, we prepare a medical invitation letter and guide you through the application step by step.
The clinic stay
Usually two to five days on site, depending on your diagnosis and protocol. You receive a day-by-day schedule before you arrive.

The treatment continues at home.
The visit is one part of the work. Once you are back, your recovery is followed closely from Budapest, and the plan is adjusted as you progress.
- A medical wristband streams your key health metrics to our team.
- A written rehabilitation plan — the exercises, schedule and milestones — before you leave.
- Follow-up calls with your coordinator, weekly through the first month, then monthly.
- Lab checks read against your baseline, coordinated with your local doctor.
Practical questions.
The things international patients ask most, answered plainly. Anything else, put it to your coordinator.
How is treatment paid for?
Treatment is private, and we do not work with insurers. Payment is settled before you arrive, and you receive a detailed invoice with medical codes for your own records.
What documents should I prepare?
The exact list is set after your first contact — usually recent imaging (MRI or CT), blood results, a summary from your treating doctor and your current medication. We ask for anything else we need.
Who meets me at the airport?
Your coordinator, or a member of the patient team, waits at arrivals and drives you straight to your accommodation.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. One companion travels with you at no extra cost, and their accommodation and all transfers are included.
How long will I stay in Budapest?
Usually two to five days, depending on your diagnosis and protocol. Your coordinator confirms the exact schedule before you travel.
Request a medical review.
Send us your diagnosis and we will review it. A medical advisor will be in touch — and will stay with you through the whole treatment as your direct line to the medical team. Free, and no obligation.
