What the programme is, and how it is given.

Neuroregeneration is the work of protecting and repairing the nervous system itself, rather than only managing the symptoms. In serious neurological disease, nerve cells are lost or their signalling breaks down. Our programme calms the processes driving that damage and supports the conditions in which nerve tissue can recover, so more of your everyday function stays in your hands.

Serious neurological and neurodegenerative disease in adults and children. In adults: multiple sclerosis, ALS, Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy and recovery after stroke. In children: cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder and hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy. We study each case closely and take it on when regenerative and cell therapy can realistically help.

Cell therapy is one part of it. A plan may draw on up to five biological components — regulatory immune cells, mesenchymal stem cells, concentrated exosomes, personalised neurostimulation and peptide protocols — combined and sequenced for your condition. Calling the whole treatment “stem cell therapy” would leave out most of what it does.

It is non-surgical. Components are delivered by infusion or by targeted administration under medical supervision, with no general anaesthesia and no implant. The route is chosen for your condition and your functional status, and there is a final on-site assessment before every session.

In most cases, yes. The treatment sits alongside your disease-modifying drugs and standard care, and it does not use blanket immunosuppression. Bring your full medication list to the medical review; the board checks it against your plan and tells you if anything needs adjusting or timing differently.

Adults and children living with a serious neurological or neurodegenerative diagnosis who want to protect function and slow the course of their disease. Patients come to us at every stage, from a recent diagnosis to years of progression. What we need is a confirmed diagnosis and a goal we can work towards together.

It starts with a free remote review. A physician looks at your diagnosis, imaging, history and goals, and the medical board studies everything together. If we can help, we tell you what is realistic for your case. If we cannot, we tell you that too, so your decision is an informed one.

It is well tolerated across conditions and disability levels. Any reactions are usually mild and short-lived — brief fatigue, sensitivity at an injection site, a low-grade temperature — and settle within a day or two. Because the components carry almost no rejection markers and we avoid blanket immunosuppression, the safety profile is favourable. Every session is preceded by an on-site check, and we adjust or postpone if your status has changed.

The standard ones are an active infection or fever, active cancer or ongoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, severe heart or kidney failure, and pregnancy. One of these alone does not automatically rule you out. Each is weighed against your full clinical picture, and treatment can often go ahead once a temporary issue has resolved.

Yes. We have a paediatric neurology focus and treat children with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder and hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy. Children's plans are built with particular care, at doses and in a manner suited to a growing body, and always after the medical board has reviewed the case.

With a free remote medical review, and no obligation. You send your diagnosis and any documents you have, a physician reviews them and speaks with you, and the medical board decides whether we can help. There is no cost and no commitment at this stage.

The review and much of the planning are done remotely, so the first steps need no travel. The treatment itself is given in Budapest; your components are prepared beforehand in our own laboratory. Rehabilitation and follow-up then continue from home, with regular remote contact.

Once your plan is agreed, laboratory preparation takes about two to three weeks, with your cells collected, prepared and quality-tested under full traceability. The visit to Budapest for treatment usually lasts two to five days. Rehabilitation and follow-up then run over the months afterwards, because improvement often keeps building well beyond the visit.

Flights in and out, airport transfers and accommodation, so the practical side of the visit is handled for you. A personal coordinator stays with you from the first review through to long-term follow-up, and remains your direct line to the medical team. A companion can travel with you at no extra cost.

We work in Italian, French, English and Hungarian, and for any other language we bring in a professional medical interpreter. Your coordinator handles every conversation and message directly, so you can discuss your case and your care with full clarity.

A great deal that matters day to day. The treatment works to slow the disease down, protect the abilities you still have, and ease the symptoms that make life harder. For many patients that means keeping their mobility, their independence and the things they care about for considerably longer. These are serious conditions, so we are honest that a cure is not on the table today; what we can realistically offer is more good time, and better time.

Most of our patients report a meaningful improvement or a clear stabilisation in at least one area — commonly walking and balance, strength, fatigue, speech, or day-to-day independence. How much changes, and where, depends on your diagnosis and the stage you are at. We go through what is realistic for your case at the review, using the figures from patients we have already treated.

Many patients feel an early lift in energy and fatigue within the first few weeks. The larger functional gains — steadier walking, better strength, clearer speech — usually build over the following three to six months as rehabilitation takes hold. Because the treatment works with your body's own repair, improvement often keeps developing for months after the visit.
